dc.description.abstract	V absolventské práce se zaměřuji na hospodaření obce Lhota u Vsetína s hledáním možností zlepšení hospodaření a snížení výdajů v následujících letech. V teoretické části vysvětluji základní pojmy týkající se obce a jejího zaměření, které jsou definovány ve vybrané literatuře a zákonech. V analytické části se podrobně zaměřuji na výdaje rozpočtu. Závěrem mé práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obce a návrhy na snížení výdajů v následujících letech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis concenrates on the financial management of the municipality of Lhota u Vsetína and it tries to find out possibilities for its improvement and decrease of its expenditure in the following years. The theoretical part clarifies the basic terms concerning a municipality and its focus as the legislativ and literature define them. In analytical part analyzes the expenditure of the budget. The conclusion of the thesis oves the assessment of the management of the municipality with a proposal to decrease of its expenditure in the coming years.
