Cílem této bakalářské práce bude vyhodnocení úspěšnosti podniku ALSPO s. r. o. v letech 2009 2012 pomocí vybraných metod a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Teoretická část bakalářské práce bude věnována pojetí finanční výkazy včetně jejich členění a významnosti pro společnosti. Další termín bude finanční analýza. Dále budou vysvětleny cíle a podstata finanční analýzy, její uživatelé, základní metody a především jednotlivé ukazatele finanční analýzy. V praktické části se bakalářská práce bude věnovat samotné finanční analýze, jakmile bude vystíněna charakteristika podniku. V závěru bakalářské práce bude hodnocena společnost, která byla podrobena finanční analýze. A nakonec tato závěrečná část práce bude věnována doporučením ke zlepšení situace vybrané společnosti. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis will be the evaluation of success of the business ALSPO Zlín s. r. o. in the years 2009 2012 by using selected methods and indicators of financial analysis. The theoretical part will be given to the concept of financial statements, including their classification and significance for the company. Another term will be the financial analysis. It will explain the targets and principle of financial analysis, its users, basic methods and especially individual indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis will focus on the financial analysis, as soon as will explain the characteristics of the business. In conclusion of the bachelor thesis the company will be evaluated, which was subjected to a financial analysis. And finally, the final part of the bachelor thesis will deal with recommendations to improve the situation of the selected company. |
