Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt zavedení výrobku Fiat S-KiN do výroby ve spo-lečnosti Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, přičemž v části teoretické jsou uvedeny poznatky z oblastí štíhlé výroby a řízení projektů, doplněny o popis metod průmyslového inženýrství, zabývající se touto tématikou. Druhá část práce je částí praktickou, která se nejprve zaměřu-je na představení samotného projektu a dále projekt analyzuje s cílem tvorby layoutu, no-rem spotřeby času, rozbalancováním pracoviště, materiálových toků a návrhem údržby strojních zařízení. Výsledkem práce je tedy projekt tvorby pracoviště pro nový výrobek Fiat S-KiN. |

The thesis is focused on the project of implementation of the product Fiat S-KiN into the production of the company Continental Automotive Czech Republic Ltd. The thesis is divided into two parts, in the theoretical part are explained theoretical terms of lean manufacturing and project management, supplemented by a description of industrial engineering methods dealing with this issue. The second part, practical, is initially focused on the introduction of the project and further analyzes the project with the aim of creating production layout, time consumption standards, balance in the workplace, material flows and machinery maintenance design. The result of this thesis therefore is the project of the workplace for the new product Fiat S-KiN. |
