dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku spisové služby a směrnic obce Lechotice. Prvním úkolem bakalářské práce bude získání teoretických poznatků studiem současné legislativy, dostupné literatury a metodických příruček, které se zaměřují na problematiku spisové služby, archivace dokumentů a tvorbu směrnic obcí. Praktická část práce bude zaměřena na analýzu dnes nastaveného vnitřního systém oběhu dokumentů. Na základě výsledků analýzy užívaných postupů evidence a oběhu dokumentů zpracuji nový spisový řád. Dalším úkolem praktické části bude revize stávajících platných směrnic obce Lechotice. U vybraných směrnic navrhnu doporučení, která povedou k jejich úpravám tak, aby vyhovovaly současným legislativním podmínkám a potřebám běžné činnosti obce. Zpracování spisového řádu, skartačního plánu a aktualizace směrnic bude pro obec Lechotice velkým přínosem. Obec tak získá ucelený přehled o svých dokumentech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with records management guidelines and municipalities Lechotice. The first task of the thesis will study theoretical knowledge of current legislation, literature and methodological guides that focus on the issue of records management, document archiving and creating community guidelines. Practical work will focus on analyzing today set internal system of document circulation. Based on the analysis of procedures of registration and circulation of documents will prepare a new classification procedure. Another goal of the practical part of the revision of existing directives in force municipalities Lechotice. For certain guidelines suggest recommendations that will lead to their adjustment to meet current legislative requirements and needs of ordinary activities of the village. Processing order of classification, retention schedule and update guidelines for community Lechotice will be of great benefit. Community and acquire a comprehensive overview of your documents.
