dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic ve firmě KAMARo. Tato problematika je řešena z důvodu rozsáhlých změn legislativy v posledních letech. Kvůli těmto výrazným změnám dosavadní směrnice firmy ztratily vypovídající schopnost a musely být zrušeny. Teoretická část je zaměřená na popis náležitostí, které směrnice musí obsahovat. Dále jsou zde popsány jejich funkce a způsob zpracování. V praktické části je nejprve popsána firma a její historie a v druhé části jsou podrobně zpracovány vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice a popsána jejich aplikace ve firmě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis is focused on the creation of selected internal guidelines of KAMARo company. These issues are solved due to extensive legislative changes in recent years. Because of these significant changes in the directives guidelines lost explicitness and had to be canceled. The theoretical part is focused on description of the requirements that guidelines must contain. There are also described their function and method of processing. In the practical part is first described the company and its history and the second part is a detailed elaboration selected internal guidelines and describes their application in the company.
