Bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem možností financování Městského kulturního střediska. V první části je zachycena teorie týkající se neziskových organizací a právní úprava. Dále se teoretická část zabývá hospodařením příspěvkových organizací, kde je zahrnut rozpočet organizace, peněžní fondy a ukazatelé finanční analýzy. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je financování. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice Městského kulturního střediska, historii a činnosti organizace. Obsahem další kapitoly je hospodaření, jehož součástí je plnění rozpočtu, rozbor nákladů a výnosů, hospodaření s fondy organizace, vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy a rozbor financování organizace. Následující kapitolou je zhodnocení hospodářské situace. Posledním bodem praktické části jsou navrhovaná doporučení spojená s hospodářskou situací příspěvkové organizace. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the research of the possibilities of financing of the Municipal Cultural Centre. In the first part is captured theory of non-profit organizations and legislation. The following chapter deals with the management of allowance organizations, which is included in the budget of the organization, monetary resources and indicators of financial analysis. The last chapter is about financing. The practical part is devoted to the characteristic of the Municipal Cultural Centre, history and activities of the organization. In the next chapter, I am talking about management which includes the implementation of the budget, cost and profit analysis, management of resources of the organization, selected indicators of financial analysis and the analysis of financing organization. The following chapter is an economic situation assessment. It the end of my practical part, I would like to mention the recommendation linked to the economic situation of this allowance organization. |
