dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaměřuje na hospodářskou situaci hotelu ABC. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat finanční situaci společnosti a vypočítat bod zvratu. Práce se dělí na dvě části. První část obsahuje teoretickou stránku finanční analýzy. Zabývá se základním rozdělením finanční analýzy, charakteristikou jednotlivých ukazatelů, čemu a komu výsledné informace slouží, jaké jsou zdroje finanční analýzy a jaký je postup při zpracovávání finanční analýzy. Dále pak tato práce popisuje členění nákladů a způsob výpočtu bodu zvratu. Praktická část stručně charakterizuje hotel ABC, následně je zde provedena finanční analýza aktiv a pasiv, výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů s komentáři, stanovení bodu zvratu. Závěr obsahuje celkové shrnutí finanční situace společnosti s doporučeními.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the economic situation of hotel ABC. The main objective is to analyze the company's financial situation and calculate the break-even point. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes theoretical aspects of financial analysis. It deals with the basic division of financial analysis, characterization of individual indicators, what and who uses resulting information, what are the sources of financial analysis and what is the procedure for processing financial analysis. Furthermore, this thesis describes the breakdown of costs and the method of calculating the break-even point. The practical part describes the hotel ABC. Then the financial analysis of assets and liabilities and calculation of individual indicators are performed and break-even point is determined. Conclusion contains a summary of the financial situation of the company with the recommendations.
