dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem řešení pro fyzickou osobu v oblasti úvěrové angažovanosti a investic. Vychází z rešerše teoretických pramenů, které se zabývají úvěry a investiční tématikou. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je subjektivní navržení řešení dosavadní situace daného subjektu na základě teoretického podkladu v dané bance. V diplomové práci je v poslední části subjektivní navržení řešení situace fyzické osoby.

It is based on the study of the theoretical origins, mainly concerning the loan policy and investment topics. The primary goal of this thesis is to reccomend solution for certains subject based on the knowledge of the theory. The last part of the thesis involves this solution for natural person.
