Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou silic léčivých rostlin, i z jiných zdrojů, ze kterých se silice vyrábějí, například silicemi živočišného původu nebo syntetickými silicemi. Jsou popsány léčivé rostliny, jejich pěstování, sklizeň a následné využití. Důraz je kladen na chemické složení silic, jejich historii, způsob výroby a využívání v různých odvětvích průmyslu. Také jsou uvedeny zdravotní účinky některých druhů silic a jejich organoleptické vlastnosti. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the characterization of medicinal plants' oils and oils from other sources, such as oils of animal origin or synthetic ones. The description of medicinal plants, their cultivation, methods of harvesting and the subsequent usage is given. The emphasis is put on the chemical composition of essential oils, their history, the processing and utilization in different areas of industry. Furthermore, the health effects of essential oils and their organoleptic properties are described. |
