Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšení a zefektivnění výroby u vybraných pracovišť ve společnosti XY. První část je teoretická, ve které jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o obou zaváděných vybraných metodách průmyslového inženýrství. Metody jsou vysvětleny a rozebrány pro další část práce. Druhá, analytická část, zahrnuje představení společnosti a jejího výrobního programu. Dále se analýza zaměřuje zejména na pracoviště u lisovacích strojů. Závěry analýzy jsou dalším podkladem pro výběr vhodných metod průmyslového inženýrství, které svým zave-dením přispějí ke zlepšení stávající situace. Poslední, projektová část, je zaměřena na první kroky zavádění ukazatele CEZ, dále na zavedení metody TPM, a to v následujících oblas-tech: systému hodnocení efektivnosti lisů, standardů samostatné údržby, rozvoji systému plánované a preventivní údržby a zavedení metody 5S u přípravného pracoviště před liso-váním. Závěr práce hodnotí proces a úspěšnost vybraných metod. |

The aim of this thesis is to improve and streamline the production of a selected department in the company XY. The first part is theoretical, which summarizes basic knowledge about both introduced methods of industrial engineering. The methods are explained and analy-zed for the next part. The second analytical part includes presentation of the company. Furthermore, the analysis focuses on the workplace in metal stamping presses. These ana-lyzes are another basis for selection of suitable methods of industrial engineering that its implementation will contribute to improving the current situation. The last part of the pro-ject is focused on the first steps of implementation indicators OEE, as well as the intro-duction of methods TPM, and in the following areas: evaluation of the effectiveness of presses, separate maintenance standards, system development and scheduled preventive maintenance and implementation of the 5S method for preparatory work before pressing . Conclusion work evaluates the process and success of selected methods. |
