dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se věnuje studiu a návrhu dětského nábytku a je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část je zaměřená na celkovou analýzu problematiky a pojednává o vývoji sedacího a dětského nábytku v historii. Na to plynule navazuje popis současných trendů v oblasti dětského nábytku. Tuto část uzavírá kapitola o analýze vnímání barev a tvarů u dětí. V druhé, praktické částí se zabývám návrhem vlastního řešení. Přes prvotní kresebné návrhy se propracovávám k vizualizacím finálního řešení. Dále popisuji technickou dokumentaci a celou práci uzavírám rozborem výroby prototypu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with study and the design of children's furniture and it is divided into two parts. The first part (theoretical) is focused on overall analysis and it is devoted to history of children's furniture. It is followed by description of contemporary trends on the field of children's furniture. This part ends up with analysis of children's colour and shape perception. In the second part (practical) I deal with my own design. I advance from first conceptual drawings to vizualisations that contains solution of my final ideas. Furthermore I describe technical documentation and development of prototype and that closes up my entire project.
