dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze radiového spektra a jeho využití v rámci poplacho-vých systémů. Úvodní část práce představuje analýzu využití radiového spektra na meziná-rodní a národní úrovni. Uvedené informace zahrnují především oblasti legislativy a kmi-točtového plánování. Následující část práce analyzuje frekvenční pásma, která jsou využí-vána pro provoz komponent poplachových systémů. Stěžejní výstup práce tvoří návrh zásad aplikace radiových komponent v poplachových systémech. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny vývojové trendy v oblasti využití radiového spektra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is about analysis of the radio spectrum and its practical application for alarm systems. The first part of the thesis introduces usage of the radio spectrum at international and national levels. Information includes mainly the areas of legislation and planning fre-quency bands. In the following part of the thesis are analyzed frequency bands which are used in working of alarm system components. Main output of the thesis is the design of principles of radio components application for alarms systems. At the end of the thesis trends in usage of radio spectrum are described.
