dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout základní poznatky týkající se finanční analýzy a na základě těchto poznatků provést praktickou finanční analýzu podniku Technické služby Zlín, s.r.o. První část práce je věnována literárnímu průzkumu, který má za úkol vysvětlit podstatu fi-nanční analýzy, zdůraznit její nejdůležitější části a nakonec podtrhnout význam finanční ana-lýzy pro podnik. V analytické části práce bude pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy provedena podrobná analýza finanční situace podniku Technické služby Zlín, s.r.o. v letech 2002 - 2006. Výsledky ana-lýzy budou použity v závěru práce pro shrnutí celkové současné finanční situace a hospoda-ření podniku a k navržení možných opatření za účelem odstranění slabých stránek a zlepšení vývoze jednotlivých ukazatelů výkonnosti firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to resume the basic knowledge concerning financial analy-sis and on this basis to carry out the practical financial analysis of the company Technické služby Zlín, s.r.o. The first part focuses on the literary survey where the principle of the financial analysis is explained, its main parts are pointed out and finally the sense of the financial analysis for a firm is showed off. At the analytical part the detailed financial analysis of the company Technické služby Zlín, s.r.o. financial position in years 2002 - 2006 is working out by means of financial analysis tools. The results of the analysis are going to be used at the thesis close to recapitulate the all-over present financial situation and economy of the company and also for suggesting the possible steps in order to clear the weak spots and improve the development of the firm efficiency particular indexes.	en
