dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě variantních scénářů dlouhodobých finančních plánů navrhnout pro podnik ABC, a.s. co nejvýhodnější složení kapitálové struktury. Teo-retická část práce se věnuje aspektům týkajících se kapitálové struktury podniku, zejména poměru vlastních a cizích zdrojů financování včetně jejich nákladovosti. Praktická část hodnotí kapitálovou strukturu podniku a jeho výkonnost pomocí širší finanční analýzy. Klíčovým bodem praktické části je návrh tří variant dlouhodobého finančního plánu a je-jich analýza z hlediska obecně uznávaných a používaných metod. Závěr práce shrnuje pro-vedené analýzy a doporučuje nejvhodnější strukturu financování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of the dissertation was to put forward, on the basis of long-term scenario plan-ning for the ABC, a.s. company, the most advantageous composition of the capital struc-ture. In the theoretical part of the dissertation the aspects concerning the capital structure have been dealt with, in particular the relation of own and foreign sources of the finance incl. their level of expenditures. In the practical part have been the capital structure of the company and its efficiency by means of a wider financial analysis evaluated. The key point of the practical part is the pro-ject of three variants of the long-term financial plan and their analysis from point of view of generally acknowledged and applied methods. In the conclusion of the dissertation have been summarized the analyses carried out and the most convenient structure of the finance recommended.	en
