dc.description.abstract	CCílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodné řešení pro financování investičního záměru města Slavičín. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku obcí obecně, specifika v oblasti rozpočtu a financování. Práce dále obsahuje vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy a základní popis strukturální a regionální politiky Evropské unie. Analytická část je věnována socioekonomické analýze města Slavičín, finanční analýze rozpočtu města za léta 2010 - 2014 se zaměřením na dosavadní čerpání dotačních prostředků. Praktická část pokračuje vypracováním investičního záměru města včetně návrhu nejvhodnějšího způsobu jeho financování. Dále popíšu jaké podmínky a závazky městu vyvstanou v případě přijetí úvěru k financování investičního záměru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to propose a suitable solution for funding an investment plan of the town Slavičín. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of communities in general, the specifics of the budget and financing itself. The work also incorporates selected indicators of financial analysis and description of the basic structural and regional policy of the European Union. The analytical part is devoted to the socio-economic analysis of the town Slavičín, financial analysis of the city budget for the years 2010 - 2014 focusing on a current utilization of grant funds. The practical part continues with developing an investment plan, including an optimal manner of its financing. Subsequently I am going to describe what conditions and obligations of the city will arise provided that the city takes a loan to finance the investment plan.
