Diplomová práce zachycuje společensko-historický vznik sociálních pracovníků. Jejich intervence začala vznikem dobročinných spolků, které položily základy pro postupně rozvíjející se profesionální sociální práci až do dnešní podoby. Práce se zaměřuje na jejich přístupy a metody, kdy jsou zachyceny jejich možnosti a limity poskytované pomoci, včetně problémů se kterými se potýkají. Teoretická část práce mimo jiné neopomíjí neméně důležitý lidský faktor, samotnou hranici lidských možností v pomáhajících profesích. Praktická část se proto zaměřuje na prostředí sociálních pracovníků městských úřadů III. stupně. |
