dc.description.abstract	V mojej diplomovej práci navrhujem projekt implementácie informačného systému samo-správy na mestskom úrade. V teoretickej časti definujem požiadavky modernizácie verejnej správy, vymedzujem pojem informačný systém, zameriavam sa na špecifiká informačných systémom samosprávy a zaoberám sa problematikou implementácie informačných systémov vo verejnej správe. V praktickej časti potom charakterizujem organizáciu, a to z interného a externého hľadis-ka. Ďalej analyzujem situáciu v organizácii pred projektom implementácie a identifikujem požiadavky na implementáciu. Po definovaní požiadaviek spracovávam projekt, v ktorom skúmam aktuálny stav projektu implementácie a navrhujem ďalší postup z časovej, náklado-vej a rozsahovej stránky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my master thesis I am suggesting project of the self-government information system im-plementation on the municipal office. In theoretical part I am defining the requirements for modernization of self-government, specifying the definition of information systems, focusing on the specifics of self-government information systems and dealing with the questions of information systems implementation in the public administration. In the practical part I am characterizing the organization from internal and external view. Next I am analyzing the situation in the organization before starting the implementation project and I am identifying the requirements for the implementation. After defining the requirements I am drawing up a project, in which I am studying the actual state of imple-mentation project and suggesting the next steps from time, costs and range view.	en
