dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská práce na téma Porovnání time managementu manažerů firmy Barum Continental, spol. s r.o. s manažery ze zahraničí je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je věnována teorii na základě průzkumu literatury k dané problematice. Tato teorie je pak ověřována v praktické části zkoumáním situace u dnešních manažerů. V praktické části je zahrnut popis společnosti Barum Continetal, spol. s r.o., ze které byli vybráni respondenti jako zástupci pro Českou republiku a dále stručný popis zemí, se kterými byli naši manažeři srovnáváni. Následuje vysvětlení metody šetření a hlavní část je věnována přímo analýze time managementu manažerů a jejich porovnání. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty ve vyhodnocení a závěru práce.	cs
