dc.description.abstract	Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie postupu pre zavedenie chaotického skladu v spoločnosti XY. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, teoretickú a praktickú. V teore-tickej časti boli spracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti skladovania, logistických technológií a podnikových informačných systémov. Praktická časť sa v analytickej časti zaoberala analýzou skladovania, procesov a zásobovania montážnych liniek. Na túto časť nasledovala projektová časť, ktorá vychádzala z odhalených nedostatkov. Zavedeniu chaotického skladu predchádzala reorganizácia skladu v krokoch 5S a zmena procesov v sklade. V závere bolo vykonané zhodnotenie projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master thesis is the establishment of the chaotic warehouse in the company XY. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part was included knowledge from the field of storage, logistics technology and enterprise resource planning. The practical part consists information about current warehouse system, processes and supplying assembly lines. This part is followed by project, which is coming out by detected weaknesses. The first step in this part was the reorganisation of the ware-house in 5S steps and warehouse processes modification. As a conclusion, the project va-luation has been done.
