Diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikáciu vybraných metód priemyselného inžinierstva v ELE Advanced Technologies s.r.o. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. V prvej časti je teoreticky spracovaná problematika týkajúca sa priemyselného inžinierstva, metódy 5S, možnosti usporiadania výroby pri zostavovaní layoutu, VSM, kaizen. Druhá časť obsahuje predstavenie spoločnosti a analýzu súčasného stavu. Na základe analýzy súčasného stavu bol vytvorený projekt zameraný na zavedenie metódy 5S a návrh nového layoutu. Na záver sú zhodnotené prínosy a náklady pre spoločnosť. |

Diploma thesis is aimed at application of selected methods of industry engineering in ELE Advanced Technologies s.r.o. It is divided into two parts. In the the first part the issue related to industry engineering, 5S methods, modes of production in building layout, VSM, kaizen. The second part contains introducing the company and analysis of its current state. A project aimed at implementation of 5S methods and a design of new layout were created according to the current state analysis. At the conclusion the company´s gains and costs are being considered. |
