Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací obsluh prodejen ve společnosti XY. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracovat odborné poznatky z oblasti motivace zaměstnanců a poskytnout dosta-tek odborných poznatků na vypracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu způsobu motivace obsluh prodejen ve společnosti XY a násled-ně na základě vyhodnocení analytické části navrhnout projekt zvýšení motivace obsluh prodejen společnosti XY. Projekt obsahuje ekonomickou náročnost, rozdělení odpovědnos-ti a analýzu rizik spojených s jeho realizací. |

Master thesis deals with the motivation of the store attendants in the company XY. The goal of the theoretical part of the thesis was to compile the theoretical knowledge in the field of employees' motivation and provide theoretical base for the practical part. The goal of the practical part of the thesis was to create the analysis focused on the current means of the motivation of the store attendants in the company XY and to evaluate this analysis to create a project of improvement of the motivation of the store attendants in the company XY. The project includes the cost calculation, the distribution of the re-sponsibilities and the analysis of the risks associated with the implementation of the pro-ject. |
