Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení, které povede k úspoře nákladů na skladovou logistiku u firmy XYZ, spol. s r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií současných poznatků ve skladové logistice, které byly použité v praktické části. V úvodu praktické části je představení firmy XYZ, spol. s r.o., následuje analytická a projektová část minulého a současného procesu řízení zásob. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení, které povede ke snížení nákladů. V závěrečné části je celkové vyhodnocení získaných poznatků |

This diploma thesis is focused on propose a solution to lead cost savings for warehouse logistics at the company XYZ, ltd. The theoretical part deals with the theory of the current knowledge in-store logistics, which were used to the practical part. In the beginning of practical part is the introduction of company XYZ, ltd. After introduction follow analytical and project part from past and current process of warehouse management system. The main outcome of this thesis is the proposal of solution to reduce costs. On the end is the overall evaluation of the obtained knowledge. |
