Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými požadavky normy ISO/TS 16949 tak, aby byla zabezpečena úspěšná certifikace společnosti UNEX, a.s., závod Olomouc dle uvedené normy. V teoretické části je definován pojem systém managementu kvality, popsán obsah norem ISO ř. 9000 a normy ISO/TS 16949 a proces auditování. V praktické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti UNEX, a.s. a analyzován současný stav systému managementu dle požadavků normy ISO/TS 16949. Projektová část je zaměřena na úspěšnou certifikaci. Technické řešení je realizováno pouze v oblasti údržby z důvodu mého profesního zaměření. Na závěr je uvedena riziková a nákladová analýza včetně přínosů projektu. |

This Master Thesis deals with single requirements of the standard ISO/TS 16949 so as to ensure successful certification the company UNEX Inc., establishment Olomouc to the required standard. There is defined quality management system, described content of ISO series 9000 and standard ISO/TS 16949 and auditing process in the theoretical part. There are introduced basic information about company UNEX Inc. and analyzed current status of quality management system according the standard ISO/TS 16949 in the practical part. Project part is focused on successful certification. Technical solution is realized only in part of maintenance because of my professional position. There is adduced risk and cost analysis including benefits of the project in the end of this thesis. |
