Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením délek pomocí horizontálního délkoměru. V teoretické části jsou popsány návaznosti délkových měřidel na etalony, použití statistiky pro kalibraci, teorie kalibrace a princip laserové interferometrie. V praktické části se řeší popis horizontálního délkoměru, renovace přístroje, postup vlastní kalibrace, realizace a výsledky. Závěrem se pokusíme o možnou modernizaci přístroje. |

This thesis deals with measuring the lengths using the horizontal length gauge. The theoretical section describes the following standards for measuring length, the use of statistics for calibration, calibration theory and the principle of laser interferometry. The practical part addresses the description of the horizontal length gauge, instrument restoration, self-calibration procedure, implementation and results. Finally, we will attempt a possible upgrading of the device. |
