dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zefektivnit systém managementu jakosti podle normy ISO 9001:2000 ve společnosti ČSAD Vsetín, a.s Nezbytným základem pro zpracování tohoto hlavního cíle je provedení teoretické části, na níž je postavena analytická část, ve které popi-suji analýzu současného stavu systému managementu jakosti společnosti. Celá práce se opírá o normu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000, která je pro potřeby společnosti z hlediska ja-kosti nejdůležitější. Systém managementu jakosti je zde popisován od jeho vzniku, přes vý-voj, jeho existenci až po implementaci doporučení a návrhů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the presented diploma thesis is to make a system of quality management in ČSAD Vsetin, a.s. more effective and compliant with ISO 9001:2000 standard. A theoreti-cal part of the work creates fundamental bases of an analytical part, which deals with an analysis of the existing quality management in the company. The concept of the work is based on ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000, which is the most important standard regarding com-pany's quality management model. The presented work describes a system of the quality management including its emergence, development and maturity. Finally, an implementation of recommendations and suggestions is being discussed.	en
