Bakalářská práce se věnuje důchodovému systému a důchodové reformě v České republice. V rámci této problematiky se zaměřuje především na oblast třetího pilíře doplňkového penzijního spoření. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu stávajícího důchodového sytému i změnám, ke kterým v posledních letech došlo. Pozornost je postupně věnována všem třem pilířům důchodového systému, které tvoří důchodové pojištění, důchodové spoření a doplňkové penzijní spoření. Praktická část pak se zabývá analýzou třetího pilíře důchodového systému. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a s využitím náležitých statistických metod je zjišťováno, zda si lidé v oblasti Brumova-Bylnice spoří v rámci třetího pilíře, jaká je výše spořící částky, zda účast ve třetím pilíři souvisí s věkem, pohlavím, pracovní činností, nebo hrubou mzdou respondentů a také, zda existuje souvislost mezi výší spořící částky a pohlavím, věkem, či hrubou mzdou respondentů. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the pension system and pension reform in the Czech Republic. Within this area it specialises especially on the third pillar supplementary pension savings. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the current pension system but also changes that has occurred recently. The attention is paid to all three pillars of the pension system, namely pension insurance, pension savings and supplementary pension savings. The practical part deals with the analysis of the third pillar. Based on the questionnaire research and with the usage of appropriate statistics methods it has been found out whether the people from the area of Brumov-Bylnice take part in the third pillar, what amount of money they save, whether the participation in the third pillar is connected with age, sex, job performance or the gross wage of the respondents and moreover, whether there is a relation between the amount of money people save within the third pillar and sex, age or gross wage of the respondents. |
