dc.description.abstract	Asistenční služby jsou velmi diskutované téma převážně u veřejnosti. Práce se zaměřuje na seznámení čtenáře s nabízenými službami asistenčních služeb. Cílem práce bylo popsat případovou studii k využití asistenčních služeb při likvidaci lehkých havárií. Zvolený problém jsem vyřešil vysvětlením dané problematiky a rozepsaní jednotlivých služeb, které může využít každý účastník dopravní nehody, který nenese žádné procento zavinění a je označen za poškozeného. Na základě vlastních zkušeností autora je možné si potvrdit, že dané služby jsou opravdu bezplatné. Autor se danou problematikou zabývá již pět let.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Assistance services are largely discussed issue among the public. The work focused on the services offered by assistance services and it's introduction of the readers. The ob-jective was to describe a case study of the use of assistance services for the settlement of the light accidents. The selected problem I solved by explanation the issue and giving a breakdown of individual services that can be used by every participant in a traffic accident, we called them aggrieved even he did no fault. Based on experiences of the author, the work confirmed that the services are really for free. The author deals with the issues for five years.
