dc.description.abstract	Tématem mojí diplomové práce je padělání jako fenomén dnešní doby, svojí práci jsem rozdělil do dvou částí. Vteoretické části jsem vypracoval rešerši o celkové situaci v dané oblasti zejména pak situaci s paděláním obrazů a uměleckých předmětů, rozebral jsem možnosti padělatelů uměleckých děl, platidel a úředních listin. Provedl jsem také shrnutí právních norem používaných pro tuto oblast. V této části jsem uvedl příklady padělání uměleckých předmětů v České Republice. Jako cíl druhé praktické části jsem si stanovil navrhnout implementaci ochranných prvků do objektů padělání a vypracoval jsem cenovou kalkulaci bezpečnostních prvků pro umělecká díla ve třech cenových hladinách. Výsledkem druhé praktické části je možnost ochrany autorských kvalit, které bezesporu čeští autoři v tomto odvětví mají a je nutností ji zachovat pro budoucí pokolení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my diploma thesis is counterfeiting as a phenomenon of our time, my diploma thesis has been divided into two parts, the theoretical part. I made a search on the overall situation in the region especially the situation with counterfeiting paintings and art objects, I analyzed the possibilities of counterfeiters works of art, banknotes and coins and official documents. I made a brief summary of the legal standards applicable to this area. In this section I also gave examples of counterfeiting art objects in the Czech Republic. As a practical target of the second part, I propose the implementation of a set of security features into objects counterfeiting and working my quote safety features for artwork in three price levels. The result of the second practical part is the possibility of copyright protection qualities that undoubtedly Czech authors in this sector and have the necessity to preserve it for future generations.
