Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky v obchodní korporaci STEZA Zlín, spol. s r. o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je vysvětlena tato rozsáhlá problematika. Informace jsou čerpány z odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů a z české účetní legislativy. Teorie je zde rozdělena na čtyři hlavní etapy prací při účetní závěrce, mezi které řadíme přípravné práce, účetní uzávěrku, účetní závěrku a následné povinnosti. V úvodu praktické části je představena STEZA Zlín, spol. s r. o. a její účetnictví. Poté následuje analýza dosavadního průběhu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Analýza je opět rozdělena na stejné čtyři etapy jako v teoretické části. Součástí praktické části je také soubor opatření a doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení provádění celého dosavadního procesu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky u STEZY Zlín, spol. s r. o. |

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to do the analysis of the closing the books and the financial statements in the business corporation STEZA Zlin, Ltd. This work consists of the theoretical and the practical parts. These extensive problems are explained in the theoretical part. The information is taken from the academic literature, the internet sources and the Czech accounting legislation. The theory here is divided into the four main stages of works in the financial statements, which include the preparatory works, the closing the books, the financial statements and the subsequent obligations. At the beginning of the practical part STEZA Zlin, Ltd. and its accounting are introduced. Then the analysis of progress in the closing the books and financial statements is followed. The analysis is again divided into the same four stages as in the theoretical part. The practical part also includes the set of measures and recommendations which will lead to improvements in the implementation of the whole process of the closing the books and the financial statements of STEZA Zlin, Ltd. |
