Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je výpočet rentability krátkodobých výstav, které byly v roce 2014 pořádány příspěvkovou organizací Muzeum jihovýchodní Moravy ve Zlíně. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Jsou zde vymezena specifika pří-spěvkových organizací, problematika finanční analýzy se zaměřením na neziskový sektor a základy manažerského účetnictví. V praktické části je zkoumaná organizace nejprve představena, a poté jsou na ni aplikovány ukazatele finanční analýzy. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na popis a především kalkulace muzejních výstav, v rámci nichž jsou stanoveny přímé a nepřímé náklady, alokovány tržby a transfery. Následně je rentabilita vyhodnocena. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a formulována možná doporučení. |

The main target of this bachelor thesis is a calculation of profitability of short-term exhibi-tions which were organized by contributory organization Museum of Southeast Moravia in Zlín in 2014. The theoretical part is written as a literature review. There are specified con-tributory organizations, an issue of financial analysis focused on nonprofit sector and basis of managerial accounting. In the practical part, there is the analyzed organization intro-duced first and then they are applied ratios of financial analysis on it. The last part of thesis is focused on description and particularly on calculations of museum exhibitions which includes determination of direct and indirect costs and allocation of revenues and transfers. Afterwards the profitability is evaluated. Finally there are summarized found results and formulated possible recommendation. |
