Ve své práci se zaměřuji na hodnocení jakosti povrchů s využitím moderních geometrických metod. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabývám metodami bezkontaktní kontroly povrchu a vhodnými statistickými metodami pro jeho kontrolu. V praktické části testuji jednotlivé povrchy zkušebních vzorků. Dále aplikuji teorii fraktálů a teorii fraktálových dimenzí na vybraných vzorcích a ověřuji základní teorii testování statistických hypotéz ve vazbě na nalezené fraktálové dimenze. |

In my thesis I focus on the quality assessment of surfaces using advanced geometric methods. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the methods of non-contact surface inspection and appropriate statistical methods to control it. In the practical part of the test the surfaces of individual specimens. Additionally I apply the theory of fractals and fractal dimension theory on selected samples and examine the primary theory of statistical hypothesis testing in relation to the found fractal dimensions. |
