dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat reálné možnosti obrany ženy v závislosti na vzdálenosti od útočníka. Tato práce popisuje problematiku fyzické obrany ženy. Hlavní důraz je kladen na její psychické, reakční, silové, hmotnostní a jiné možnosti. Specifikuje účinné varianty obrany ženy beze zbraně i s využitím obranných prostředků. Tyto prostředky eliminují silo-vý hendikep proti muži. Na základě analýzy napadení žen jsou popsány hlavní problémy obrany ženy. Je zde vyhodnocena relevantní vzdálenosti napadení ženy a jejích možnosti obrany v nich. V práci je použito dostatečné množství názorného materiálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is making real options of woman's defense depending on distance from attacker. This thesis describes the issue of woman's physical defense. It puts emphasis on woman's psychological, reaction, strength, weight and others options. It speci-fies effective methods of women's defense without weapon and also in situations using defending tools. The woman's weight handicap against man is eliminated through use of defending tools. This is based on an analysis of attacks of women. The main options of woman´s defense are described here. There is evaluation of relevant distances of attack on woman and her options of defense in in these situations. In the there is also used a lot of illustrative materials.
