Práce je zaměřena na problematiku soukromých bezpečnostních služeb a možností jejich spolupráce s orgány činnými v trestním řízení. Podrobně popisuje činnosti, které jsou vykonávány subjekty poskytujícími služby soukromých detektivů, a zabývá se právní otázkou těchto činností v rámci platné legislativy České republiky. Jsou rozebrány i metody a prostředky, které ke své činnosti soukromý detektiv používá, a které jsou zároveň využitelné při zajišťování důkazních materiálů pro potřeby občanskoprávních či trestních kauz. |

This thesis is focused on private security services and they possibilities in cooperation with law enforcement agancies. In detail it describes the activities, which are performed by entities providing servicies of private investigators, and deals with the legal question of these activities in compliance with the legislation of the Czech republic. This thesis also analyze methods which are using by private investigators, and which are useful in providing evidence for the purposes of civil or criminal cases. |
