dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce představuje stručný úvod do problematiky, která se týká poskytování právních služeb. Vycházet budu převážně ze zákonů, internetových zdrojů a zapůjčené literatury. V první části popisuje advokacii, práva a povinnosti advokáta. Dále pak notáře, jejich postavení a jejich orgány. Nakonec přiblíží soudního exekutora a jeho činnost a nastíní změny v exekučním řízení. V druhé části bakalářské práce se budu věnovat bezplatné právní pomoci. Přiblížím, jaké jsou typy této pomoci a jak se využívá v řízení a mimo něj. Nakonec uvedu příklady z praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis presents a brief introduction, which relates to the provision of legal services. I will come mainly from the laws, Internet resources and borrowed literature. In the first part of the thesis describes the legal profession, the rights and obligations of a lawyer, notary then, their position and their bodies. Finally, the bachelor thesis approaches bailiff and his work and outlining changes in enforcement proceedings. In the second part of the thesis I will deal with free legal assistance. I zoom in, what are the types of aid and how it is used in the management and beyond.Eventually the examples will be from practice.
