dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na prevenci rizik v podniku MND a.s. Teoretická část poskytuje teoretická východiska pro pochopení rizika, prevence rizik, analýzy rizik a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik, následně analýza managementu rizik, která je završena SWOT analýzou. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy. Dle získaných poznatků jsou navrhnuta vlastní preventivní opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the issue of the prevention of risks in the company MND a.s. The theoretical part deals with theoretical solutions for the comprehension of risks, prevention of risks, risk analysis and health and safety matters. The practical part of the thesis commences with a company introduction, followed by an analysis of risk management carried out by SWOT analysis. This analysis has been used to interpret the results of a questionnaire. The collected data serves as a basis for further precautionary measures.
