dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce mapuje problematiku informační podpory ochrany obyvatelstva, konkrét-ně se zaměřuje na softwarové nástroje pro její podporu. V teoretické části řeší obecné aspekty informační podpory ochrany obyvatelstva, kde definuje základní požadavky kla-dené na informační podporu v této oblasti. Dále uvádí přehled základních využívaných softwarových nástrojů. Praktická část řeší hodnocení softwarového nástroje Emoff Obce z pohledu jeho vhodnosti pro informační podporu ochrany obyvatelstva na úrovni obce s rozšířenou působností. Pomocí zvolených kritérií informační podpory vytváří vhodnou databázi v nástroji Emoff Obce. Následně databázi optimalizuje pro potřeby výuky dané problematiky na FLKŘ UTB ve Zlíně. Součástí práce je také využití pomocných nástrojů TerEx a Riskan.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis investigates the issue of information support for protection of population. Concretely, it focuses on software tools used for this support. In the theoretical part it deals with basic aspects of protection of population. It defines basic requests, which are required for information support in this area. Furthermore, it presents overview of used basic soft-ware tools. The empirical part of this paper deals with evaluation of software toll Emoff Obce from the perspective of its suitability for information support of protection of popula-tion on the level of municipality with extended powers. By using chosen criteria of infor-mation support it creates suitable database in toll Emoff Obce. Subsequently, it optimisis the database for educational usage of this issue at FLKŘ. In addition, part of the paper deals with usage of auxiliary tools TerEx and Riskan.
