dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku analýzy a řízení finančních rizik v podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje klasifikaci a charakteristiku rizik obecně, blíže je pak zaměřena na oblast finančních rizik, definuje pojem analýza rizik a popisuje metody finanční analýzy, uvádí základní přístupy k řízení rizik s bližším zaměřením na zvládání rizik finančních. V praktické části je představen analyzovaný podnik. Je provedena jeho finanční analýza a jsou definovány uplatňované metody řízení finančních rizik. Na základě vyhodnocení provedené analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení stavu podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main issue of this thesis is Analysis and Financial Risk Company Management. The theoretical part describes the discussion of all the risks in the company. The main question is the financial risks. The work discusses the concept of risk analysis and describes met-hods of financial analysis. The thesis includes the basic approaches to risk management. The aim of this work is the financial risk management. The practical part describes the analyzed company. The aim of this second part of this thesis is to do the financial analysis and find the main financial risks. This part defines the methods of the risk management in the analyzed company. Based on the evaluation of the conducted financial analysis and financial risk analysis there are suggested measures of how to improve the state of the en-terprices in its problematic areas.
