Cílem této práce je zhodnotit financování Vězeňské služby státním rozpočtem, specifikovat současné problémy ve vězeňství České republiky a návrhy na jejich řešení či odstranění. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do čtyř hlavních částí, z nichž první tvoří úvod a poslední závěr a cizojazyčné resumé. Teoretická část objasňuje fungování státního rozpočtu, veřej-ných financí a hospodaření organizačních složek státu s majetkem státu. V praktické části je krátce představena Vězeňská služba jako celek, její úlohy, organizační struktura a eko-nomická statistika, která se zabývá podrobnějším rozborem důležitých položek financova-ných státním rozpočtem. V závěru praktické části jsou shrnuty problémy, se kterými se Vězeňská služba potýká a návrhy na odstranění nebo zlepšení této situace. |

The aim of this report is to evaluate The Prison Service financing by state budget, specify current problems in prison service of the Czech Republic and specify proposals for their solution or their elimination. A bachelor report is divided into four parts where the first one is an introduction and the last one a conclusion and a foreign language resume. A theoretical part shows up functioning of the state budget, public funds and economy of organizational body of the state with a property of the state. In a practical part of the report there are presented The Prison Service as unit, its role, organizational structure and eco-nomic statistic, which deal with detailed analyse of important items of financing by state budged. At the end of the practical part there are summarized problems to which The Prison Service faces and proposals for elimination or improvement of this situation. |
