dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelských rizik působících na příspěvkovou organizaci města. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na definici rizika, jejich klasifikaci, metody a postupy analýzy rizik a metody snižování rizik. V praktické části bakalářská práce seznamuje s vybranou příspěvkovou organizací města a podrobuje ji SWOT a PEST analýze. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navržena opatření pro snížení vlivu podnikatelských rizik na organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the analysis of business risks acting on the contributory organisation of the town. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the risks, their classification, methods and techniques of risk analysis and risk reduction methods. The practical part of the thesis introduces the selected contributory organization of the town and subjects it to a SWOT and PEST analysis. On the basis of made analysis there are suggested measures to reduce the impact of business risks to the organization.
