Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik jedné ze starých ekologických zátěží v okrese Kroměříž. Jedná se o bývalou skládku TKO v katastru obce Rataje. Teoretická část této práce seznamuje se základními pojmy a metodami analýzy rizik, pojmy v souvislosti se starou ekologickou zátěží, legislativou a nastiňuje odpadové hospodářství v České republice. V praktické části je popsána jmenovaná zátěž a zároveň je tato část zaměřena na analýzu potenciálních rizik a na jejich minimalizaci pomocí metod popsaných v teoretické části. Cílem této práce je seznámit potenciálního čtenáře s tím, co stará ekologická zátěž představuje, jaké může mít rizika a dopady pro životní prostředí a také navrhnout opatření k jejich minimalizaci. |

This Bachelor thesis is interested in analysis of risks of one of the old ecological loads in Kroměříž region. The issue is a former disposal site TKO in the land registry of Rataje community. The theoretical part of the thesis presents basic terms and methods of the risk analysis, terms connected with the old ecological load, legislation and outlines the waste economy in the Czech Republic. In the practical part the stated load is described and at the same time this part is focused on the analysis of the potential risks and their minimization by means of described methods in the theoretical part. The aim of this thesis is to acquaint a potential reader with the old ecological load and what exactly it presents, what risks it can have and what impacts on the environment and this thesis suggests some arrangements for their minimization. |
