dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podnikových procesů ve firmě KINOEXPORT s.r.o. V teoretické části práce je popsán proces, problematika procesního řízení podniku, reengi-neering, modelování a optimalizace podnikových procesů a vybrané analýzy. Praktická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku firmy, následně je popsaný výrobní proces, který v podniku probíhá. Na základě analýzy možných rizik ohrožujících podnikové procesy jsou navržena opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the analysis of business processes in KINOEXPORT, Ltd. The theo-retical part of the work describes the process, the issue of business process management, reengineering, modeling and optimization of business processes and the selected analysis. The practical part of the thesis contains characteristics of the firm, subsequently described production process, which takes place in the company. On the basis of the analysis of the potential risks, which are able to endanger the business processes, there are some proposed measures.
