dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je věnováno problematice participace Policie České republiky a ochraně obyvatelstva. Je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám stručným historickým vývojem Policie ČR i obecně integrovaným záchranným systém. Dále jsem se zaměřila na legislativu a právní předpisy, související s danou problematikou. Následuje současné rozdělení Policie České republiky a charakteristika jednotlivých útvarů, které jsou nejvíce spojeny s integrovaným záchranným systémem. Uvedla jsem úkoly či činnosti plnící v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva a jaké je její po-stavení v rámci celého integrovaného záchranného systému. V praktické části analyzuji dané území, popisuji Obvodní oddělení Vizovice, a především se zabývám přirozenou povodní ve Vizovicích. K modelaci jsem použila softwaru DIBAVOD.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of the participation of the Police of the Czech Republic and the protection of the population. It is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a brief historical evolution of the Czech Police and the Integrated Rescue System in general. Furthermore, I focused on legislation and regulations related to the given issue. It is fol-lowed by the current division of the Police of the Czech Republic and the characteristics of the individual departments that are associated with the integrated rescue system the most. There are also mentioned the tasks or activities that are performed in terms of protection of the population and there is stated its position within integrated rescue system. In the practi-cal part there is described and analyzed a given territory and district department of Vizovi-ce. Above all, I deal with a flood in Vizovice. I used DIBAVOD software for the demon-stration.
