dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je obnova regionu po mimořádných událostech. V teoretické části se zabývám legislativou spojenou s mimořádnými událostmi a základními pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva. V praktické části se zaměřuji na vyhodnocení vlivů vybrané mimo-řádné události povodně v regionu Uherské Hradiště, vzniklých škod a opatření pro další obnovu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this Bachelor thesis is to restoration of the region after the emergency situ-ations. The theoretical part deals with the legislation related to emergency situations and basic concepts of population protection. In the practical part I focus on the evaluation of the effects of selected emergency situation - floods in the region of Uherské Hradiště, da-mages or other recovery measures.
