dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o evakuaci jako o jednom z hlavních způsobů ochrany obyvatelstva před mimořádnými událostmi. V první části práce uvádím legislativ-ní vymezení, zákony a nařízení, jež se týkají dané problematiky a teoretický výklad zá-kladních pojmů týkajících se evakuace. Následně se věnuji samotnému procesu evakuace. Dále uvádím popis činností a povinností zodpovědných správních orgánů, jako hlavních subjektů odpovědných za evakuaci. Ve druhé části mé práce jsem shrnul v nejdůležitějších bodech veškeré náležitosti týkající se evakuace, jejího zabezpečení, vyhlášení a způsobu realizace. V praktické části jsem analyzoval současný stav evakuace ve Zlínském kraji. Závěrem jsem zpracoval vlastní návrh systému pro orgány řízení evakuace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with evacuation as one of the main ways to protect popu-lations against emergencies. In the first part I introduce legislative definitions, laws and regulations concerning the issue, and theoretical explanation of basic concepts related to evacuation. The following chapter is devoted to the evacuation process. Below is a descrip-tion of activities and duties of liable administrative bodies as the main entities responsible for evacuation. In the second part of my work I have summarized the most important points of all formalities related to the evacuation process, security, declaration and the me-thod of their implementation. In the practical part I have analyzed the current situation evacuation in the Zlin region. Finally, I've compiled a custom design system for authorities directing an evacuation.
