dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská se věnuje tématu Humanitární pomoc a rozvojová spolupráce. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části předkládaný materiál vysvětluje základní pojmy používané v práci, upozorňuje na charakteristiku humanitární pomoci a humanitárních společností, které pomoc poskytují. Dále předkládá přehled právních norem vztahující se k dané problematice. V úvodu praktické části se seznámíme s problematikou rozvojové spolupráce v oblasti humanitární pomoci a současným stavem humanitární pomoci, kterou Česká republika poskytla do zahraničí. Následuje vyjmenování vybraných rizik ve vztahu k humanitární pomoci. Rizika jsou poté vyhodnocena pomocí analýzy rizik. K těmto rizikům jsou poté navrhnuty opatření k jejich redukci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor work was devoted to the topic Humanitarian aid and development cooperati-on. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the submitted work explains the basic concepts which are used in work highlights the characteristics of humanitarian assistance and humanitarian companies that provide the assistance. It also presents an overview of laws related to this issue. In the introduction of the practical part, we introduce the issue of development cooperation, humanitarian aid and the current state of humanitarian aid provided by the Czech Republic abroad. Followed by a listing of selected risks in relation to humanitarian assistance. Risks are then evaluated using risk analysis. These risks are then designed measures to reduce them.
