dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá predikcí parametrů distribuce tepla v systému centrálního zásobování teplem (SCZT). Model systému je popsán zdrojem tepla a těžištěm spotřeby, ke kterému se vztahuje plánování. Měřenými (vstupními) parametry jsou teplota topné vody, hmotnostní průtok a venkovní teplota vzduchu. Na základě těchto hodnot je vypočítáno tepelné zatížení v místě spotřeby a také rozdíl teplot na vstupu a výstupu do těžiště spotřeby systému. Dále jsou zvoleny vhodné aproximační funkce tepelného zatížení a rozdílu teplot vstupní a výstupní vody v těžišti SCZT, jejichž parametry jsou nalezeny pomocí vybraných optimalizačních algoritmů. Tyto aproximační funkce jsou poté použity pro predikci teploty vratné vody a hmotnostního průtoku. Vstupními veličinami predikce jsou zadaná teplota topné vody a venkovní teplota vzduchu. Součástí predikce je i určení hodnoty tepelného zatížení. Vyvinutý softwarový nástroj potom slouží operátorům jako simulátor pro plánování teploty topné vody a také vedoucím pracovníkům jako nástroj pro podporu jejich rozhodování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This works deals with the prediction of selected parameters for a district heating system (DHC). District heating systems are described as a heat source and the centre of a mass of heat consumption to which the DHC planning is related. The heat source input and output temperatures and the mass flow of the heating medium are measured. Using the measured values, the delivered heat load and the temperature difference between the input and output temperatures of the heating medium relative to the centre of the mass are calculated. The appropriate approximation functions are selected and their parameters are estimated using selected optimization algorithms. The appropriate approximation functions are used for the prediction of heat source input temperature and mass flow using the required values of the heat source output temperature. The prediction also includes an estimation of the supplied heat load. The predicted values are used by plant operators as a simulation tool for heat source output temperature planning. The software tool as developed, can also be used by management as a decision-making support tool.
