Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dotací z finančních prostředků Evropské unie. Konkrétně programovacím obdobím 2007 - 2013. Pro velkou obšírnost této problematiky byla práce zacílena jen na podporu podnikatelských subjektů. Cílem práce je analýza vlivu podpor na rozvoj podniku. Jako konkrétní příklad využití podpor pro rozvoj podniku byla zahrnuta analýza společnosti TOPEK, s.r.o., která čerpala dotaci z předvstupního programu SAPARD a která nyní připravuje žádost o dotaci v novém programovacím období. Analýza se zabývá nabízenými možnostmi podpor, podmínkami pro jejich využití a překáž-kami komplikujícími využití podpor. Nosná část analýzy se věnuje společnosti TOPEK s.r.o., konkrétně zkušenostem společnosti s čerpáním dotace, definicí potřeb společnosti a stanovením cílů. Na tomto základě je provedeno vyhodnocení vhodnosti plnění cílů společ-nosti pomocí dotací. Výsledkem analýz je zhodnocení nabízených možností, výběr vhodné alternativy pro tuto společnost, rozklad rizik, překážek a predikce přínosu dotace. |

This bachelor work engages in problems of the subsidies from the coffers of the European Union, particularly in the programming term from 2007 to 2013. Due to a big circumstantiality of this problem the work has been aimed just for a support of entrepreneurial subjects. The goal of this work is an analysis of the subsidy influence to a concern development. As a particular example of the subsidy use to the concern development there has been included the analysis of the company TOPEK, s.r.o. which drew the subsidy from a front-entering programme SAPARD and which is now preparing a request for the subsidy in the new programming term. The analysis engages in an offered subsidy options, conditions for their use and an intercurrent hinderances for use of the subsidies. Major part of the analysis talks about company TOPEK, s.r.o., particularly about its experience with drawing the subsidy, the definition of company's needs and determining the goals. On this base there is made an evaluation of a suitable observance of company goals by means of subsidies. The result of the analyses is the valorization of the offered options, a choice of a suitable alternative for our company, the layout of entrepreneurial risks, the hinderances and the prediction of subsidy's benefit. |
