dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat náklady firmy a zjistit, proč se plán kalkulací odlišuje od dosažených hodnot za daná období, a navrhnout zlepšení v oblasti řízení nákladů a kalkulací. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních pramenů pojednávajících o nákladech a kalkulacích. Praktická část zahrnuje charakteristiku firmy, podrobnou analýzu nákladů a kalkulací zaměřenou na zjištění příčin rozdílů mezi plánovanými a skutečnými kalkulacemi nákladů, bod zvratu a cenová omezení. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení v oblasti řízení nákladů a kalkulací ve firmě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purposes of this thesis are the cost analysis in a company, finding a reason of the differences among a calculation plan and a real calculation, and trying to suggest an improvement in the sphere of operating the costs and the calculations. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretic part includes a description of the costs and the calculations. The practical part contains the company characteristic, the cost and the calculation analysis aimed on finding the reason of the differences among the calculation plan and the real calculation, a break-even point and a price restriction. At the end of this thesis are the proposals and the recommendations in the sphere of operating of the costs and the calculations in the company.	en
