dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků. Konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na firmu Interlignum a.s. V první části vysvětluji základní charakteristiku odměňování a hodnocení, dále pak popisuji systém hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve firmě Interlignum a poslední část obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis, I deal with the system of evaluating and rewarding. I have concentrated on company Interlignum a.s. In the first chapter I am explaining the basic characterization of evaluating and rewarding, further I am describing the system of evaluation and rewarding the employees of the company Interlignum a.s. and in the last part of my work contains suggestions for improvements in the company.
