dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se budu zabývat hodnocením zaměstnanců ve firmě CLIP Luhačovice. V první části diplomové práce se budu věnovat teoretickým poznatkům z odborné literatury. Ve druhé části provedu analýzu, ve které rozeberu činnost firmy, její konkurenční okolí, ale hlavně se budu zabývat lidmi v podniku, a jaké hodnocení v současné době podnik provádí. V projektové části navrhnu firmě systém pro formální hodnocení zaměstnanců, který by mohla využít.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my dissertation work I will concentrate on judging the staff of the company CLIP based in Luhačovice. In the first part of my dissertation work I will concentrate on theoretical foundings from literature. In the second part I will analyse the company´s activities, their competitive environment, but mainly I will be concentrating on people from the company, and which assessment process the company carries out in these days. In the project part I will offer to the company a system for formally assessing the staff, which they could employ.
